3. Estimates & Service Appointments
Estimates and service appointments may be scheduled through our website chat widgets, by phone, or via text message.
All estimates are based on the information provided during the widget interaction and may change if site conditions differ from those disclosed.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Pricing & Payment
Final pricing is determined after evaluation. Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. Installation Conditions & Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for clearing the work area prior to installation. Frosty Coatings LLC is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues beyond the scope of agreed repairs.

6. Warranties & Guarantees
Workmanship warranties are provided in writing at the time of service. Normal wear and tear or misuse may void applicable warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability
Frosty Coatings LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or unauthorized alterations after installation.

8. User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews or photos through our chat widgets, text messages, or social media, you grant Frosty Coatings LLC a license to use such content for promotional purposes.

9. Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of Frosty Coatings LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
